These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at madebyneutron.com and any services provided by NEUTRON, operated by Jimmy Baradit ("NEUTRON," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

NEUTRON provides web design, brand identity, Google Business optimization, digital presence systems, and related creative services to businesses. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets (logos, photos, copy, credentials) within agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal or agreement. NEUTRON reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until payment obligations are met. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. NEUTRON retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Any third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins, or templates) remain subject to their respective licenses. It is the client's responsibility to ensure continued licensing for any third-party assets used in their project.

Limitation of Liability

NEUTRON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project.

Website Use

You agree not to use madebyneutron.com for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site. We reserve the right to refuse service or block access at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lee County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
